first off, for the price, i didn't have great expectations. we just wanted 25 black pins for our family members to wear during a funeral service for our loved one. not only did Support Store deliver within 3 days of my order ( i was a little worried that they won't arrive on time)-- well ahead of the delivery time they promised--but the pins were very beautiful and well-made, every single one of them! each pin is perfectly shiny and the black/gold combination is wonderful. they looked great on the lapels and collars. i have never heard of the Support Store before this order, but i definitely will come back and check out their other products. i am happy to recommend this place to friends and family. thank you to your staff for coming through for me and my family. you run a great business.

The Black Lapel Ribbon Pin was delivered exactly as represented. I reviewed the product on-line, but ordered via phone sales. Salesperson was very helpful and personable while placing this order. Having ordered the products late in the day, I missed the afternoon USPS Mailing. Regardless, the order was placed Tuesday afternoon, and was received on Friday! I could not expect better service.
