With my first order, I just received an empty package with just a packing slip in it. Obviously something went wrong during shipping. I contacted customer service and they re-sent my order which I received two weeks later, I'm in Canada. Very much appreciated!

Awesome Timing

This ribbon came in the mail at the same time I came home from the surgery center with over 60 stitches in my face from a melanoma removal so this ribbon is very special.
