Initially they sent me the wrong size. Customer service quickly resolve the issue and sent the correct size Loop kit to make keychains with my wrist bands. Very happy with my purchase.

This kit is exactly what I was looking for. I had searched the internet and the support store was the only one I could find. I have so many cause bracelets that have a special meaning to me and this is a great way to display them all at once. What a great idea and it is so easy.
