I proudly wear the red dress pin in honor of my mother. She died suddenly from a massive heart attack at a young age. I have now out lived my mother. I am strong advocate for women to take better care of themselves. Heart disease can be a silent killer for women. I wear the pin on my ID badge for work .

Received all items satisfactory. However, I had submitted two (2) orders and asked that they be combined into one package, but that did not happen---so I ended up paying two shipping charges.
