We've made some adjustments to the packaging on our more recently produced wristbands to make them less "curvy" right out of the package. Most times, though, the rubber relaxes once it is out of the packaging and returns to a round shape. Sometimes putting the wristband around an aluminum can or other cylinder-shaped object helps them re-form quicker.
